This delicious salad green gets Top dollar in the supermarket, but one can grow it for a few cent at home. It has a fascinating, spicy, nussig that Gourmets love. Make a salad from Rucola or only mix you it with other Greens. Rucola grows best in cold weather, always pfeffrig and bitterly, if the weather makes hot. Full heads mature in five minutes six weeks ago; Baby Greens can be harvested after three weeks growth.
